I bought a new stove for $1200. The new stove wouldnt cook on the bottom and LG didnt replace it or refund me. They didnt give me anything as a reward. I wouldnt even suggest anyone buy a product from LG. They treated me very badly.

Weve only had this for a month or so but so far so good. The only issue that weve encountered is the rings around the center and right front burner the bright chrome trim has started to discolor as a result of food residue falling on them. No matter how much we try we cant seem to remove the discoloration which somewhat detracts from the looks of the range.

Igniter went bad 2 months after purchase. Took 3 months to finally get it fixed. Customer service is horrible Local companies will not service LG products because LG doesnt pay them for the service call. Had to have repaired by someone2 1/2 hours away Waited 3 months with no oven/stove.

My oven was purchased in August 2025 In December 2025 the handle broke It is almost May 2026 and my handle has not been fixed. I am extremely dissatisfied with my Lg oven. It is a safety hazard to try to open the oven with a broken handle I have contacted LG numerous times without success.

I purchased this oven on 01/01/2026. It was scheduled to be delivered by 01/10/2026. I got an email confirmation and even a call to confirm delivery date. Lo and behold I was notified before my delivery date that they could not deliver the item. I emailed LG a number of times. I called them a number of times and they never fixed this issue. Slow to no responses and non-delivery appears to be LGs game. This is my second time ordering from LG. Both have been less than ideal. This one being much worse. 41 days of waiting for an item.
