I can't say enough about my new Bosch three door refrigerator. I checked out all the top brands and models, and this by far was The best. It is so spacious and the crisper drawers and large pullout drawer for cheese and lunch meat are both fantastic. And the icemaker! Makes a ton of ice very quickly. All of the every day necessary items like water, ice, crushed or cubed are at my fingertips.
You won't be disappointed. I've owned it for about two months now and I still enjoy opening the doors everyday to see the brightly lit interior.

We had a side-by-side refridgerator for years but it failed so we chose the Bosch 500 series fridge. We shouldn't have waited so long. I can't believe how much I can store in this fridge! It runs so quiet. I have a small wine fridge next to it and that is so loud in comparison. I love the self-closing freezer door, how deep the fruit and vegetable trays are, and the folding rack for when we need to store taller items. The ice compartment is small and doesn't take much space which is also a nice feature.

Like the modern look and features of this refrigerator. Love the information screen above the water/ice dispenser and the way it activates when in use. The water dispenser directs a strong stream of water in a slightly backwards direction making it easy to center the recieivng container and avoid spills. The dispenser cavity is wide enough to allow for my glass coffee karaf to fully fit within it while filling it with water. Easy to remove the ice maker tray as well as the water filter. The freezer compartment is large and designed well. Haven't used the Home Connect feature yet but plan to do so. All in all, given that no one refrigerator can offer the best of everything to everyone, this is a very good product.

We are extremely disappointed with this Bosch refrigerator. It is less than one year old and has been nothing but problems.
The doors do not shut properly, the ice maker stopped working, and we have completely lost the freezer THREE separate times, forcing us to throw away all of the food each time. Now the ice machine is not working at all.
For a premium-priced refrigerator, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. We expected quality and dependability from Bosch and instead received constant stress, food loss, and service issues.
I would absolutely not recommend this refrigerator based on our experience.

I've only had the refrigerator for a few days, but I love how spacious both refrigerator and freezer compartments are. When the appliance was delivered there was packing tape stuck to the stainless steel doors and it took 3 hours to get the tape off. I was afraid to use Goof Off for fear that the finger proof finish would be stripped, but nothing else worked. It left a couple scratches from trying to peel the tape with a tefflon scraper too. Don't use anything but a soft cloth and Goo-gone or Goof Off to remove the tape!

I purchased this fridge from Lowe's in Jan 2026 for several reasons with one of them being the QuickIce Pro system. The ice maker has never worked and over 3 months, I have had 6 tech visits to diagnose and replace 4 parts (ice maker twice, water inlet valve and water tank/bladder). The last tech visit was on 9 Apr and almost a month later, the product mgmt team is still reviewing the case to determine the next course of action! The customer service agent cannot conference in a manager/supervisor, prod support team so they are limited to adding a note in the case and waiting for a response! I have been calling mutiple times per week and they have found every excuse to drag this out saying they didn't get the final tech report, it is due to my RO filter, my water pressure, the support team has not reviewed, etc. I had the water pressure tested by the water company. I also purchsed a bypass plug since they said it might be due to a faulty fridge filter. I also connected directly to another water line that does not have any RO or filter and supplies constant pressure. None of this has worked. I'm writing this review in hopes to expidite this claim and I just want my money back for a defective product and they can have their fridge back! This case is unresolved and I know I will probably get the canned/auto response to contact customer service...which I have about 50 times!

This is the second refrigerator installed within two months. Both have the exact same issue. The left hand door that contains the external ice and water maker does not remain open. Rapidly closes every time you open the door. This is a major design flaw that Bosch is aware of. The entire reason for purchasing a French door unit is so that you can put large items in at ease.It is absolutely impossible as you have to use your hand or hip to keep the door open.Very disappointed will not purchase another product from Bosch again, which is unfortunate because I own a few that do not have problems. Bosch should be fixing this or stating this us a non fixable issue it before customers make such a large purchase. I will be contacting customer service. I am not satisfied.

Could not be more disappointed in my Bosch refrigerator. I specifically chose this brand due to reputation and it is not living up to my expectations. Within the first three weeks of delivery I've had three major issues resulting in a service calls. Problem one, the icemaker stopped working after one week. The solution is to completely rip apart the refrigerator and install a brand new icemaker, electrical boards and various other parts. Problem two, is a zapping noise that occurs every 57 seconds. Solution, let's order more parts and disassemble a different part of the refrigerator. Issue three, the most annoying is that the left door continually closes, will not stay open. Solution, well according to Bosch, there is no fix for this issue that they know is happening to their customers. Three big problems within the first month, this is a lemon. I should be getting a replacement with no questions asked. Instead I am having to fight the company I purchased from to make this happen. Still no resolution.

It was time to replace our high-end fridge of 10 years since it continued to have issues, and we didn't think we could find one we liked as much. This Bosch is so much better and actually cost less than if we were to replace the previous brand/similar model we had. Super spacious, and stylish to boot. The large door comparements make it much easier to organize the many condiments and sauces we're prone to purchase. A favorite feature is the automated water bottle fill. Freezer is easy to organize and holds a good amount. We couldn't be happier with the purchase!

The refrigerator has been installed for one month. So far, the unit has worked well. The unit runs quietly and can make ice quickly. It is possible to store additional ice with the in-freezer trays, but this requires active attention and manual emptying of the ice maker. This has only been noticed when entertaining. It may be nice if the ice maker had greater storage, but this has not been an issue in day-to-day use and would impact storage space within the refrigerator. Overall, we have been very happy with the refrigerator.

The temperature for the refridgerator and the oven is very uneven. Ice cream will be very soft if we leave it on the bottom drawer of the freezer. Things will freeze, like sour cream, if it is left on the top shelf in the back of the refreidgerator.

We've had our Bosch 500 Series French Door Bottom Mount refrigerator for several weeks now and we love it. The external appearence of the smear-free stainless steel doors is very attractive and requires much less cleaning than our previous refrigerator. The layouts of both the refrigerator and freezer are well thought out and are quite spacious. The water/ice cube dispenser works great and we have never run out of ice cubes. And the unit is exceptionally quiet. We are very happy that we chose this wonderful Bosch product for our new refrigerator/freezer. Thank you Bosch!

We stupidly purchased Thor package of stove, vent hood, dishwasher and refrigerator for new home construction. We had issues from the very beginning with refrigerator. It was extremely small (no storage area), will not make ice and we live in a rural area, the nearest repair station was nearly 200 miles (round-trip) away. After one service call that did not fix the problem and back and forth with Thor they finally agreed to send replacement but we had to pay difference in new model. The new model was again small interior capacity and made little or no ice. We are only a small family of three and only use ice at dinner, we don't use ice all day.
After nearly three years we had enough and started shopping for a new refrigerator. We loved the reviews Bosch received for ice making and interior capacity. After finding a deal on Lowe's we finally closed the deal. It took awhile for delivery ...don't know why? We received our new Bosch. Lowe's delivery was exceptional, they set up new Bosch, cleared away the packing debris. Took Thor fridge to shop (for beer) and hauled away existing fridge in shop.
New Bosch is awesome! It started making ice within 24 hours! It's an ice-making machine!! And the size is cavernous. The only ding is I don't know what the sliding glass shelf is for? I ended up taking out one glass shelf to make room for tall beverage containers. Last where do you put eggs? Unless you keep them in container?
Other than that I love my Bosch! Now I'm eyeing Bosch dishwasher...Thor dishwasher is a dog...it never gets everything dry no matter how much Finish I use.

Unit is well-designed although surprised that the icemaker had given us trouble even though the unit is less than a year old. Quit making ice and there was a big buildup of ice suns the outside of the ice container. Service on Denver is not great. Apparently not a specific authorized Bosch repair company in the area.

Not my first frig but could be the best. The lights are bright and it has sturdy storage drawers, shelves, and bins. My mixed lettuce stayed fresh over 2.5 weeks. Didnt give it 5 stars because I had to call for service for an annoying buzzing that started as soon as it was plugged in (a known issue). Bosch covered the service and the buzzing is gone.

I'm so happy with the quiet way in which this machine operates and I think the "fill" water feature if terrific. I didn't think I would necessarily use it and I do, alot! My new refrigerator suddenly and completely died after only 7 months. I took two separate days off of work for service calls that did not fix the problem. Now I have been waiting for a replacement. No end in sight. I am on the 6th week of no refrigerator. The current problem is that they can't find anyone to install the new one. Doesn't seem like much of an excuse for an appliance company. The time spent and food costs have been outrageous. I thought I was splurging for a quality appliance and good customer service, but I could not be more disappointed. Look at other brands and stay away!

I researched refrigerators that had good repair records for icemaker because my previous refrigerator had continuous issues with the icemaker based on my research I see Bosch is supposedly the best. We received this refrigerator and it's been over a month and I still have no working icemaker despite the fact that they replaced it with a brand new one and they keep dragging their feet I spent a lot of money buying a quality refrigerator and it's not worked and I am very disappointed with Bosch.

Overall a good refrigerator and freezer. A night light or auto light function on the ice/water area would have been nice, instead of just an on/off function. Not sure if there is a way to remove the crispers for cleaning without taking the door shelves off first.

Our refrigerator, a Kenmore, decided to die after only 3 years. I was getting tired of buying refrigerators over the years and then have them conk out shortly after so I decided to spend a few extra dollars and go up a grade or two and buy a Bosch. I was a little worried at first because this was a few cubic feet smaller than my previous refrigerator, but I am pleased to say everything fit and I don't really notice the difference. It must be the layout. It's well thought out. It's quiet and makes ice super fast. I'm very pleased with this purchase so far. Highly recommend.

My husband and I both like the fridge a lot. We like the sizes and layout of the shelves and drawers. Unfortunately, 6 weeks after the fridge was installed, the icemaker stopped working. We called the repair service out to repair it, and they told us it needed to be replaced, not repaired, so we had to wait a week for the part to come in. Anyway that was very annoying, and I sure hope it doesn't happen again anytime soon
