Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Large capacity, small ice production.

Sgots 9/13/2026

We really like the layout and shelving but I have concerns about the articulating left door seal. I didn't notice this in the store and it works fine but it strikes me as the 1st thing that's going to break. My AI indicates this is NOT a common point of failure & I hope Whirpool's engineers have brought a stalwart, innovative design to market, not a Rübe Goldberg "solution" . Time will tell. We chose the model to have an ice maker without an in door dispenser (a comon point of failure). The ice production however is anemic. If you have more than 2 people tapping the ice bucket, I believe you may have problems in the Summer. We work a farm in Dixie, spend a LOT of time outdoors, recharge our yetis a couple times a day with ice & refrigerated water & keep a bag on the side. If a spouse goes into work and a couple children park in front of a tv, I believe the production will be adequate. We open the freezer for ice a dozen times more than we do for food but when we do, we still must pull out the ice shelf. It's a small but frequent inconvenience that could be easily remedied by having a latch attaching the ice drawer to the main drawer so the customer could decide how the freezer opens. We had this unit delivered and set up. The crew was experienced but had significant problems getting the door handles on securely. When they reassembled the freezer drawer, a spacing rod was not secured correctly and it fell out later that day. The owners manual did not have useful info on this part so I called it into Lowes and they had another crew come out to fix it. No issues since.

Why Did I Wait?

ladyfairway 8/29/2026

We've just had this for 2 weeks and so far is it great. It's 31 cubic sq ft of space and I can now see everything in my fridg. No more digging trying to find things. The ice production is fabulous. It's just 2 of us and more ice than we can use. We fought our old Samsung for years so this is aa dream. I don't miss not having a place to get filtered water. That problem was solved putting a Britta in that has a spigot. Hope this stays this good. So easy to reach everything. Only one issue is I wish the sandwich/meat drawer pulled further out.

Worthless

Tireddad 7/23/2026

Unit was a lemon straight out of the box. Have had issues since day one and have had repair techs out 3 separate times so far, with a 4th repair visit happening soon. Currently, 6 months in, both the fridge and freezer are not useable/ not maintaining temperature. Yet even though this has been documented by the repair company and the unit is still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty, Whirlpool still refuses to take ownership and offer to replace the unit or reimburse the purchase. They insist on trying to fix it so I've currently been without a working fridge or freezer for 2 weeks, and have no eta yet on when the supposed repairs will take place other than the general "14-21 business days." It is the middle of summer, we are a family of 4 with a 4 month old and we rely on a fridge/ freezer to keep my son's milk cold. Whirlpools customer service has been useless to this point. Please don't make the same mistake I did, the Whirlpool name is not at all what it once was.

RetiredMaytagDoctor 7/22/2026

So far it's cooling well and items seem to be staying fresher than in our old LG French door. I don't miss the ice and water dispenser that the LG had and the ice production in this Whirlpool french door is much better since the ice maker is in the freezer. We also like the lighting inside the compartments, makes things easier to find.

Disappointing

Melinda10 7/22/2026

Refrigerator stopped cooling properly in 3 mo. Lost food in fridge 4 days for service ( it did happen on Fri )and then now have to wait for part .I will say the technician was great . Have to be careful about anything getting close to the back or it freezes . Door alarm does not go off for 5 min which is way to long you usually are out of the kitchen by then and you cannot adjust. Ice maker is extremely slow for such a large capacity . Was hoping by getting a basic fridge and thinking whirlpool was a trusted brand it would do better than my Samsung but I was again disappointed .

It's Okay

nelsonbm 7/22/2026

To start, the fridge has some good room inside it. The problem I've found is a lack of customization within the fridge itself, the top shelf is way too close to the top. The fridge doesn't have a water but it still managed to leak water at the filter portion in the top of the fridge. I shut off the water and I'm waiting to see if it's fixable. It does produce a lot of ice, so that's good.

So many things I love about this refrigerator and freezer. I love the compartment in the freezer, they allow me to find items so easily, no moving everything around to find one small item,. The ice maker produces way more ice than we need. And the roominess in the refrigerator is unbelievable, I have bought groceries and still have lots of room for more plus room for left overs.

Whirlpool refrigerator

jcouch86 7/11/2026

I bought two of the same refrigerator and have had issues with both of them, but I will definitely say that Whirlpool has been great in dealing with the issues. They actually replaced one of the refrigerators for me that wound up having a bad compressor. According to the technician the factory weld on the freon line failed. I guess this is a common problem but Whirlpool stands behind their product so I have respect for them for that and the replacement and warranty effort on their end is awesome. I would have only given 3 stars due to problems with the product, but because of their warranty follow through I gave them 4.

Didnt take repsonsibilty on their product

EiKEi 7/8/2026

Very disappointed with Whirlpool™€™s quality control. We purchased a brand new WRFF3136SZ fridge from Canadian Appliance. The first delivery on July 3, 2026 arrived in a perfectly undamaged box, but once opened, the delivery team found a large dent on the right front door. Since the box was completely intact, this clearly indicates factory damage before packaging, not mishandling during delivery. Our supplier reordered a replacement, and today™€™s delivery arrived with yet another dent ™€" this time on the left door ™€" again inside a perfectly fine, unopened box. This is now two consecutive Whirlpool fridges with identical issues, both packaged in flawless boxes. It raises a serious question: does Whirlpool inspect its products before sealing them for shipment? We had no choice but to accept the damaged unit because our old fridge has been leaking, and we already had to endure a full week without a proper fridge due to the first defective delivery. We contacted Whirlpool Customer Service, only to receive rude and unhelpful treatment. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a brand-new appliance from a major manufacturer.

Nice capacity

AmberAiriq 6/26/2026

I love how big this refrigerator is. We regularly have to store a lot of huge pieces of meat like briskets and pork and ribs all at one time and this fridge does the job seamlessly. The adjustable shelves are a nice addition. It stays cold even with a major amount of food stored in there. We have not hooked up the water yet since we have to drill a hole in our floor to run the water line so I can™€™t comment on that. But we are very satisfied after almost a year.

70+ days and the freezer still doesn't work

Kristin619 6/17/2026

Worst experience with a refrigerator we have ever had. It has been 70+ days from purchase and the freezer still does not work. We are now waiting on our 4th repair. Whirlpool will not exchange it. Customer service continues to state that their only option is to repair it, despite the fact that it hasn't worked since it was purchased, and they don't seem to be able to repair it. Please think again about purchasing anything Whirlpool because they do not care about their customers or if their products work or not. This was a very expensive lesson for my family to learn about a once trusted brand.

Spacious and High Quality!

Marj0934 6/16/2026

When purchasing a new refrigerator, it was important for it to be a high quality, dependable appliance that would last many years. We also needed it to be very spacious and have movable shelves and drawers that allowed for custom organization. This refrigerator did not disappoint! It allowed way more storage space in the interior of the refrigerator than our previous one that works great for large items/boxes. The freezer also has spacious drawers that help with accessibility and organization. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend!

It has everything we need, without a lot of bells and whistles... good storage capacity, and it just seems "brighter" than our old refrigerator. It also seems to cool faster and more efficiently than our old unit. Finally, the ice maker inside the freezer works very well. We're happy with the product.

Great refrigerator

Jenn-Jenn M 6/14/2026

We really like this fridge. It holds everything from a lot of various drink sizes to frozen pizza. The fridge runs very quietly Everything stays nice and cold and organized. I like how I can adjust the door organizers to various height. I like how the icemaker is in the freezer and we do not have a water dispenser or ice dispenser on the door because I find the refrigerator to run more efficiently when everything is contained Inside the unit. I feel that this refrigerator is a solid build, and it is going to last us for a while. I also like the display on the left-hand door, which lets me know The temperature and if the icemaker is on or off.

this refrigerator is very spacious and well organized. Ease of access to items, cools as expected. Freezer section also has a lot of capacity and the pockets for pizza is well thought design.

The queen of refrigerators...she's a beauty!

Jerintx 6/14/2026

This refrigerator is beautiful and sleek. It fits perfectly in our kitchen and has plenty of room inside for drinks, taller items and plenty of storage space as well. It allows you to keep it nice and organized. The temperatures have been great on the upper and lower parts. At first the ice seemed to make very slow and it couldn't keep up but that seems to have resolved itself and ice is making quickly. We love this refrigerator!

Great features

Anna! 6/13/2026

I love it! The room is great for big items like party platters and cakes. I like how it is easy viewing and all drawers with clear view. We opted out of the ice and water on the door since that had the most repairs on the previous refrigerator we had purchased. The number one reason for this model was the ice maker in the freezer compartment with the large ice container since my husband fills his small cooler when he plays golf. This leaves some ice left over at home. My sisters are envious.

Large capacity and easy to organize

miken77 6/13/2026

We resisted getting a french door refrigerator for years, but couldn't be happier with this purchase. It is a large amound of space for our big family and easy to keep organized. Being able to set the desired temperature is a great feature, and it maintains temperature well even with kids keeping it open too long.

Good size and function. Controls on the door are in a bad place. Constantly accidentally hitting them.

Plenty of room

Red@home 6/13/2026

This refrigerator is designed with people in mind. there is plenty of space in all areas. The drawer space is good and space on the door is great and easy to reach for everyone. The operation is quiet at times when it's running you don't even notice it. If we needed another refrigerator I wouldn't hesitate to select it again.

Smart design

RickRover 6/13/2026

The increased shelf space and the shorten main refrigerator storage space is ideal. NEW sentence this means all the products that we could never see in the back of our traditional refrigerator are now near and easy to touch.
