I have a brand new refridgerator, and their is a frozen block of ice on the inside bottom of the freezer. I shouldnt have to be inconvenienced by having to call and wait for an appointment for a service man to come to my house. Frigidare should be offering to get me a brand new unit. Not acceptable for a brand new product. Very dissapointed with frigidaire quality.

water/ice dispenser is awesome; nice height inside for tall bottles and such; would be better if there was more adjustability to shelves. Can't put large plates of leftovers inside nor cake pans so that's a downside. But you do have plenty of room if your into rubbermaid containers (or other) to stack. Overall a nice frig for a narrow space if that's all you got room for. Freezer space is adequate. We have an extra freezer so no issues there. The water/ice in front door was a necessity this time when looking for frig. The light in front for dispencer is very nice too. Can leave on or shut off. Great at night time. Overall happy; we got thru thanksgiving and x-mas without any major issues or misgivings about it or storage. The stainless cleans well. I wish I had room for a 36", which would have allowed for a lot more options in frig styles/doors etc.

I™™ve had the fridge for about 3 weeks and so far, I love it! I wanted something simple and this was perfect. It fit into the space with ease and I can move it with little effort when cleaning. While not as wide as my last fridge, it seems pretty deep and it™™s more than enough space for my small family.

I have been trying for 2 years to get a recalled icemaker replaced. I go to the website and every time I check the status of the order, it stated that the parts have been ordered but a technician has not been scheduled. Please watch my email. Nothing ever happens. What poor service. Except for the recall issue, the frig has done well.

After hurricane Milton our Whirlpool refrigerator decided not to cool anymore. Running on the generator for three days didn't help and it was 14 years old. I went shopping and Frigidaire was my savior in stock and next day delivery from Home Depot. Very pleased and would highly recommend!! I've always purchased Whirlpool but change is good.

You cannot actually give much of a review when you™™ve only had something for one or maybe two weeks. But it™™s a good looking refrigerator and it seems to work. I hope it last longer than five years. And my ever so humble opinion Frigidaire should offer at least a five year unlimited warranty. Why anyone would be proud of building a machine that only has a one year warranty I cannot tell, but clearly the corporation has a chance™¦ As all of them do™¦ To build a superior product and corner of the market without breaking the bank for themselves or the people who buy their refrigerators That said I got incredible service from Teevax appliance in Santa Rosa, California and I highly recommend them.We bought this refrigerator for a family house and we™™re expecting it to last well beyond five years. I shouldn™™t even have to think about buying an extra warranty and paying even more money than we already did. I™™d rather pay that money upfront so the money is baked into the price of the refrigerator. Just give me something that last folks that™™s all any of us want.We had to take the doors off to get into this older ranch house, but it was easily done. It was obviously well thought out and well executed.

I like that it has adjustable shelves. The main reason I bought this model was because I was limited in height and this one just fit. The only thing I'm a little disappointed is that the water comes out warm.

The refrigerator is clean in appearance with the controls just inside the door and the water filter is easy to change with the groove. Probably the only thing I'd like to see changes to is the lighting inside. But that is a issue with most fridges, it is all at the top rather than a strip of lights running up and down along the back or side.
